lbry.com already has a partial internationalization framework and some translations, but additional work is required before they can be enabled.

To complete this bounty, lbry.com must be modified to:

|
- Allow modification of your selected language in the navigation
|
|
- Storing selected language in the user session
|
|
- Reverse look-up your IP and choose a default language if a user has not selected one
|
