Condensing "What's with the name LBRY" (#1292)

I shortened this page up to its most essential points, added links to learn more about LBRY and LBRY URIs. I don't think the paragraphs about branding are necessary since it's pretty common knowledge that many successful internet companies use strange names.

LBRY is working well as a brand so far. SEO is a top consideration for startup branding, and LBRY already dominates the search results for our brand name.
