ThomasV 54257cbcca Rewrite JsonRPC requests using asyncio.
- commands are async
 - the asyncio loop is started and stopped from the main script
 - the daemon's main loop runs in the main thread
 - use jsonrpcserver and jsonrpcclient instead of jsonrpclib
