AppImage: Make build reproducible

Browse source 
We build our own mksquashfs from squashfskit which supports generating
reproducible squashfs images. We use a small wrapper script to remove
the -mkfs-fixed-time which appimagekit passes but squashfskits
mksquashfs does not support.
