lbrytools: more information on the lbrytools suite

- The Python library is `lbrytools`.
- `zeedit`, which is based on `lbrytools`, is now in its own repository,
  and thus it is listed in its own entry.
- `lbrydseed` is basically a graphical interface to `lbrytools`.
